Returns & Exchanges

At ROOTED, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
